Tiffany Faykus
Founder & Chief Storyteller

HerStories Told Chief Storyteller Tiffany Faykus founded the organization as a natural evolution of her notable career steeped in theater, non-profit leadership and corporate communications. 

Dedicated to making her community and the world around her a better place to live, work and play, Tiffany has established a reputation as an experienced leader with a demonstrated history of success in community building, strategic partnerships, long range planning, business development, marketing/PR, board development, branding and fundraising.

Throughout her career, Tiffany has also become a mainstay in the professional theater community in Tampa Bay, Florida, portraying principal roles in productions for Studio@620, The Lab Theater, American Stage Theater, St. Petersburg City Theater and the Manatee Performing Arts Center. Tiffany studied Theater and History at New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts and trained at the Circle in the Square Acting Studio, performing in numerous Off Broadway productions and later at the Budapest Opera Theater before moving to St. Petersburg, Florida.

Tiffany served as Executive Director of the Heart Gallery of Pinellas and Pasco County, a nonprofit that helps children in foster care find forever families. She has also held leadership roles with YMCA of Greater St. Petersburg, and Habitat for Humanity; as a consultant to the Morean Arts Center, and on the boards of Resurrection House, Theater Tampa Bay, Tiger Bay, WGG Foundation, American Stage Theater, St. Petersburg City Theater and as a charter member of the guild of St. Petersburg’s Dalí Museum. She is a graduate of the training program Leadership Pinellas.

Before transitioning to the nonprofit arena, Tiffany had a noteworthy career in the corporate world including time as the Head of Corporate Communications for the Russian investment bank, Renaissance Capital Group in Moscow; and as Director of Marketing Operations for Scala Business Solutions in Budapest Hungary, responsible for overseeing the software company’s marketing operations in over 30 countries.

Tiffany is a graduate of New York University with a BA in History and Theater; and received her MA in Early Modern Central European History from the Central European University in Budapest, Hungary.  

She is married to the love of her life, Preston Faykus, and is blessed with three children – Caitlin (22), Rachel (21) and Luke (18).

Jillian Duggan Doyle
Founding Board Member

With a distinguished career in finance, management, and community
service, Jillian Duggan Doyle brings extensive expertise and a deep
commitment to making a meaningful impact. A Florida native, she is
married with two adult children.

Jillian recently retired after a successful career in high-profile financial
roles, including serving as Principal and Chief Financial Officer at Doyle
Wealth Management, Manager of Domestic and International Tax at
Walter Industries, Inc., and working in the Tax Department at Price
Waterhouse.

A dedicated leader in St. Petersburg, FL, Jillian has held numerous
leadership positions, including President, Board Member, and Director
of Funding Committees for The Rotary Club of St. Petersburg, Board of
Trustees Member for Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital Foundation,
President of the Board of Trustees at Resurrection House, and Board
Member for the Pinellas Education Foundation and The Palladium
Advisory Board. She also served as President of The Junior League of St.
Petersburg and as President of the Tampa Bay Alpha Delta Pi Alumnae
Association.

Her leadership and service have earned her multiple honors, including
the Virginia H. Lazzara Award for Community Service, recognition as a
member of Leadership St. Pete, and membership in the U.F. Blue Key
Leadership Fraternity and Omicron Delta Kappa National Leadership
Society.

Jillian holds a Master of Accounting from the University of Florida,
providing her with a strong foundation in financial management and
strategic planning.

Beth Vivio
Founding Board Member

Beth Vivio is the President and Owner of Corporate Fitness Works,
where she leads a team dedicated to promoting wellness and healthy
living in corporate environments. With a passion for fostering positive
change and improving employee well-being, she has positioned the
company as a leader in the industry.

Beyond her professional work, Beth is deeply committed to community
service, holding numerous leadership roles in nonprofit organizations.
She served for ten years on the Johns Hopkins All Children’s Foundation
Board, including two years as Chair, leading multiple gala events and
currently serving as Chair of the Emeritus Trustee Council. At
Shorecrest Preparatory School, she was a Trustee for a decade, chaired
the board for two years, and played key roles in advancement and
leadership committees. She also dedicated five years to the St.
Petersburg Free Clinic Board of Directors, where she served on the
Development and CEO search committees and chaired the annual
hunger awareness luncheon for four years. Additionally, she has been
an active supporter of Kenyon College as a class agent and Executive
Committee member for the Kenyon Fund and recently joined the
Development Committee at Florida Resurrection House.

Outside of her professional and volunteer work, Beth enjoys singing,
playing piano, and attending theater productions and live music
performances, which bring balance and creativity to her life.

Becca O’Reilly
Intern

Becca O’Reilly is a seinor at NYU studying drama and journalism with a
minor in Business of entertainment media and technology. She has a
passion for storytelling, whether it’s through acting, writing, producing, or directing.

Becca produces and hosts her own entertainment podcast and radio
show for WNYU, where she also manages social media for the news
department. This past year she was also a marketing Intern for a start-up
social media company, Peek, where she helped create graphics, and
pitch the app to college students. She has gained hands-on experience
as a production assistant and actor in film, theater, and commercials.
Her work spans content creation, social media management, and
marketing.

Her hosts of other jobs and responsibilities currently include being a
nanny for 2 families of 4, part-time stylist at Free People Movement, and
In the past, a keyholder at Van Leeuwens, a brand ambassador and
content creator for Pop-Tarts, a backpacking instructor, and worship
leader at Wilderness Trail Ministry, and the alumni chair for her sorority
Zeta Tau Alpha.

Outside of school, Becca enjoys hanging out with her friends in the East
Village, playing guitar and hiking whenever she’s not in the city.
